A message

Hi! Welcome to Healing Mind Counseling. We have been waiting for you and here you are! Healing Mind is meant to be a safe and warming place to find restoration and the fresh breeze of care and humanity that you deserve, dearest.

I am Ani Rivero, LMHC, and I want to share a few things about me. I am passionate about counseling and empowering others to reach their potential and enjoy harmonious lives. I believe that we all can reach fulfillment and happiness by going inwards into our mind, feelings, motives, and story… and transcending our stuck points (Who does not have a couple of them?) to be able to let go with gratitude and find the growth and peace that is waiting for us in the other side. The thing is that we do not have to do this alone. We can support each other in this journey. Counseling is one way to do this. More folks than ever are encountering a longed space to understand, heal, and grow in therapy.

I have a special heart for children, teens, parents, and adults who navigate the challenges of daily life in the family, school, work, or relationships. Battling depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and so much more, is worth confronting, resolving, and transforming because our personal growth never deters. As Carl Jung said, “It is not what happened to me. It is what I choose to become”.
